INSURANCES

Our providers are in network with Aetna  (all plans) and Northwell. 

We do not accept any other insurance at this time.

OUT-OF-NETWORK

Our providers offer out-of-network services to our clients such as Anthem BCBS and CIGNA. You should check with your insurance provider about their out-of-network benefits. 

Below is our fee for services structure. 

RATES

Initial Assessment (90791): $275

Individual Psychotherapy, 45 minutes (90834): $200

Individual Psychotherapy, 53 minute session (90837): $250

Family/Couples Psychotherapy, 50 minutes (90847): $275

REDUCED RATES

We are able to offer a sliding scale to some of our clients. If you 

are in need of a reduced rate please let us know.
